Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Management Intern to support our team in providing quality services to children, families, and community partners. This role is ideal for students in social work, human services, psychology, or related fields who want hands-on experience in case management and nonprofit program support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist case managers with client outreach, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Help maintain accurate case files, notes, and required compliance paperwork.
  • Support in coordinating services, appointments, and resource referrals.
