Job description

Audubon is currently seeking aPiping Drafting Intern to join our team in our Tulsa, OK Office.The Piping Drafting Intern perform drafting assignments designed to develop drafting knowledge and experience associated with designing Piping equipment, components, structures or systems.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Produce drawings from redlines received from designers and engineers.
  • Clarify instructions with designers and engineers when drawing markups or verbal instructions are unclear.
  • Perform field data gathering when requested by supervisor or manager.
  • Maintain a continued awareness of task schedule and budget.
  • Comply with all company and client health, safety, security and environmental (HSSE) standards as well as federal and local HSSE regulations.
  • Actively participate in company and client hazard identification and observation programs, and
  • Immediately report any unsafe acts, conditions or incidents to your supervisor.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Completion of 1 Year of Course Work Toward an Associate's Degree from a Technical Institution
  • AutoCAD software experience required.
  • CADWorx software experience preferred.
