U.S. Expansion Project Manager
Position Title: U.S. Expansion Project Manager
Department: US Mobilization
Reports to: Visionary Cofounder
This position is: Full-time and Exempt
Location: US-Based; Remote
Compensation Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 Annually; Support-based
The U.S Expansion Project Manager is a critical role driving Launch Global's mobilization efforts into new areas and churches to support our mission to develop and send laborers who multiply healthy churches among unreached peoples. This role is responsible for developing, and implementing strategic expansion into new and existing regions within the U.S. This will require a visionary approach to mobilization and a need to develop strong relationships with churches and church leaders.

Finances
This is a full-time, support-raised position. Launch Global provides training, resources, and coaching on how to raise your own financial support. The average length of time it takes Launch Global staff to raise all required financial support is three months due to the excellent training provided.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Strategic Regional Expansion
    • Provide project management support through building and maintaining a system for tracking current, past, and future partnership opportunities.
    • Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential new geographic regions
    • Work with the U.S Expansion Team to develop comprehensive strategies for entering and establishing presence in new geographic regions
    • Assess cultural, political, and ministry landscapes to inform strategic decision-making

  • Church Relationships and Partnerships
    • Establish and nurture initial relationships with local churches, ministry partners, and potential collaborators in target regions
    • Cast vision for Launch Global's unique approach to church mobilization
    • Build trust and credibility with church partners through authentic and strategic engagement
    • Develop a robust network of relationships that support long-term ministry objectives
    • Build upon existing vetting efforts for future church partnerships and establish a streamlined process for how to build a flourishing partnership
    • Participate in missions recruitment events, conferences, and awareness programs

Additional Job Requirements
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management required. Ministry, church, or non-profit leadership experience preferred.
  • Willing to travel domestically, approximately 30-40% of the time
