Job description

Make a Meaningful Impact Every Day!
At GT Independence, people are at the heart of everything we do. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, love what you do, and are eager to grow, you’re in the right place. Discover a career where your work genuinely improves lives and supports a mission that matters.

Our Mission: To help people live a life of their choosing, regardless of age or ability.

GT Independence has earned multiple awards for being an exceptional workplace, including being named a 2026 National “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.” We are also proudly certified as a Great Place to Work® for 2025/2026—a distinction reserved for top employers committed to outstanding employee experiences.

The Launch & Enablement Manager is responsible for managing the launch process for new product and technology releases, ensuring GTI teams are prepared to adopt, support, promote, and leverage new capabilities. This role provides practical project coordination across readiness planning, stakeholder communication, training, operational support, and adoption follow-through.

The Launch & Enablement Manager connects Product, Development, Operations, Support, Training, Marketing/Communications, and other cross-functional departments to ensure launches are coordinated, well-understood, adopted, and supported after release. The role brings structure to readiness activities and helps ensure new solutions deliver intended business value.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage launch readiness plans for product and technology releases, including stakeholder engagement, training, support, communications, and adoption activities.
  • Own the launch calendar, milestone tracking, readiness status, action items, risks, issues, and decision logs for assigned releases.
  • Partner with Product Owners and Development to understand release scope, target users, dependencies, operational impacts, and expected business outcomes.
  • Coordinate launch activities across Operations, Support, Training, Marketing/Communications, Compliance, and other affected teams.
  • Ensure internal teams are enabled to adopt, support, promote, and leverage new releases through appropriate materials and forums.
  • Develop or coordinate release notes, FAQs, readiness checklists, support guides, training materials, stakeholder briefings, and adoption toolkits.
  • Facilitate readiness reviews, stakeholder checkpoints, go/no-go preparation, and launch retrospectives.
  • Track stakeholder questions, risks, training gaps, operational impacts, and open decisions through launch completion.
  • Coordinate post-launch support, feedback capture, adoption monitoring, issue escalation, and continuous improvement actions.
  • Establish repeatable launch and enablement practices in partnership with Product Operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in launch management, enablement, project/program coordination, change management, product operations, or related roles.
  • Experience coordinating technology or product releases across multiple business and technical stakeholder groups.
  • Familiarity healthcare insurance programs (e.g., Medicaid), business administration, and enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, claims, payroll, tax, customer-facing systems) preferred
  • Strong project coordination skills, including planning, milestone tracking, risk management, action follow-up, and status reporting.
  • Ability to translate release scope and technical details into clear readiness actions for operational, support, and training teams.
  • Experience developing or coordinating communications, training materials, release notes, FAQs, and stakeholder briefings.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
  • Comfort operating in complex, regulated, or multi-state environments, preferred.
  • Experience with collaboration and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, Teams, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to build repeatable launch processes.

Location

  • Hybrid (business and team presence as needed; flexibility based on candidate)
