We are seeking a talented individual who will be responsible for supporting and managing client relationships and for delivery of HMS services to Government client(s) in accordance with client contract requirements. Oversee routine delivery of client services and deliverables, and responsible for day-to-day management of client relationship and overall contract P&L. Must have strong project management capabilities and assist in scope expansion, sales and implementations. Must track to strategic corporate initiatives that are tied directly to individual account goals and objectives. Strong communicator and collaborator with internal Operations and IT teams.
Here are the details on this position
Your role in our mission
    • Build and manage client relationships, with support from the Program Director, to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services.
    • Partner with clients and internal teams to design project approaches, develop implementation plans, and ensure program requirements and deliverables are met.
    • Oversee contracts, assigned products/services, special projects, timelines, risks, issues, and overall program progress.
    • Prepare, review, and maintain client deliverables, status reports, program documentation, and communications to support client needs and requirements.
    • Monitor and report progress toward business goals, budget expectations, revenue targets, milestones, and commitments to leadership.
    • Identify and resolve significant issues impacting program productivity and support the development of solutions that may create additional or unique project outcomes.
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and work direction to less experienced personnel, as needed.

What we're looking for
    • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of relevant work experience without a bachelor's degree.
    • Advanced Excel skills required, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, and Microsoft applications.
    • Experience with State Medicaid, Third Party Liability, or Program Integrity preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, shift between tasks quickly, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to manage medium-sized projects and work effectively in a team environment.
    • Leadership skills to train, guide, and mentor less experienced personnel as needed; potential for after-hours work may be required.

What you should expect in this role
  • This is a fully remote position within the United States; candidates must be able to work Eastern or Central time zone hours.
  • Occasional travel may be required, up to 10%.

The pay range for this position is $52,900.00 - $75,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
