JOB SUMMARY:

As an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you apply your nursing knowledge and experience by offering guidance on clinical matters, training, and education. Assist with development, implementation, and modification of policies and procedures. Provide system reviews to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, and effective clinical practices.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hold current Registered Nurse (RN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license.
  • Demonstrates leadership ability.
  • Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
