Digital Program Manager / Project Manager

$110,000 – 117,000/yr W2Position SummaryThe Digital Program Manager / Project Manager will lead the strategy, planning, coordination, and delivery of a new end-to-end digital experience for Business Mobile customers. This role will support the implementation of the partnership as Business’s MVNO, with a focus on integration and the Business Mobile portal digital build.
The consultant will partner closely with program leadership, design, development, application, and business teams to define requirements, refine user experience needs, manage delivery timelines, track milestones, communicate status, and ensure project work is completed on time, within budget, and aligned with quality expectations.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex digital and technology projects through the full project lifecycle, including inception, design, development, integration and testing, trial, deployment, and post-launch stabilization.
  • Create, maintain, and track end-to-end project plans in partnership with program teams, scrum masters, and team leads.
  • Define, update, and refine business, technical, and user experience requirements in collaboration with design, development, product, and application teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across internal teams and external partners supporting the Business Mobile digital experience and  MVNO integration.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and critical path activities.
  • Identify resource needs, assign and monitor work efforts, perform quality reviews, and escalate functional, quality, budget, timeline, or delivery concerns as needed.
  • Establish and support project management processes, methodologies, and documentation to ensure consistent delivery standards across IT and business teams.
  • Lead change request creation, tracking, impact assessment, and communication.
  • Coordinate communication across enterprise stakeholders regarding scope, budget, risk, resources, status, and delivery impacts.
  • Prepare and communicate project status updates, including progress, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and mitigation plans.
  • Partner with program managers and senior business leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities to use technology to achieve enterprise goals.
  • Manage project-specific budget tracking and partner with management to maintain financial alignment.
  • Ensure internal teams and customers receive the information, documentation, and feedback required to perform their responsibilities and support continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.
  • Typically 7 to 10 years of IT work experience, including 5 or more years managing projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing medium- to high-complexity cross-functional technology projects, preferably across multiple technologies and business functions.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques.
  • Agile Scrum certification and hands-on experience using Rally or a similar project tracking tool.
  • Experience coordinating work across design, development, application, program, and business teams.
  • Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder management, risk management, and issue resolution skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Agile or Kanban delivery experience.
  • Background in enterprise systems, infrastructure, or database administration.
  • Understanding of infrastructure concepts and digital platform delivery.
  • Experience supporting telecommunications, mobile, portal, integration, or MVNO-related programs.
