  • 3+ years of experience in the mortgage banking industry; Title industry experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with modern technology architecture and mortgage industry data standards (MISMO).
  • Experience in partnership management or business development, with a track record of successfully negotiating and managing integrations with third-party software providers.
  • Familiarity with mortgage and real estate platforms (e.g., Encompass, Calyx, Qualia, SoftPro) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with underwriting, integrations, or back-office systems a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with ability to work across business and technical teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Agile/Scrum experience; Azure DevOps familiarity a plus.
