Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead Abbott's Enterprise Integration initiatives, driving delivery of cloud modernization and integration programs across multiple cross-functional teams. The role will manage program execution, stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivery of API, microservices, and cloud integration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise integration programs across business and technology teams.
Manage program plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive governance.
Coordinate architecture, development, infrastructure, QA, Consumer and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery.
Drive executive communication, status reporting, and steering committee presentations.
Partner with architects and engineering teams delivering Azure Integration Services, API Management, TIBCO modernization, cloud migration, microservices, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps initiatives. 
Required Qualifications
10+ years of Program/Project Management experience delivering large enterprise technology programs.
Proven experience managing complex, multi-team initiatives with executive stakeholder engagement.
Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Experience delivering cloud transformation, enterprise integration, API, and microservices programs.
Exposure to Azure Integration Services, Azure API Management, TIBCO modernization, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD is highly preferred. 
Experience in Life Sciences or other regulated industries is preferred.
