Job description

Dirigo Support Professionals is seeking a supportive and skilled Senior Residential Program Administrator (SRPA) to guide staff and members in implementing person‑centered goals. This role focuses on teaching, coaching, and strengthening staff practices so members can build independence, engage in their communities, and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach and coach Team Leaders and DSPs on person‑centered goal implementation and daily support strategies.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and training to strengthen staff skills.
  • Support members directly in understanding and working toward their personal goals.
  • Review progress notes and ensure accurate, meaningful documentation.
  • Complete quarterly SIP reviews and communicate updates to Case Management.
  • Lead staff development: hiring, orientation, supervision, evaluations, and performance coaching.
  • Conduct HCBS compliance checks and provide corrective training as needed.
  • Maintain positive communication with guardians, Case Managers, and providers.
  • Ensure homes meet all safety, regulatory, and HCBS standards.
  • Participate in on‑call rotation every four weeks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in residential services or program management.
  • Strong teaching, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HCBS regulations preferred.
  • Proficiency in ADP, Therap, and related systems.
  • DSP, CRMA, CPR, and CPI certifications (or ability to obtain).
