What You'll Do:
As Director of Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our restaurant group. This role will support and assist FOH operations across all concepts, and be a key resource and support for our General Managers.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Trainining and developing of new hire managers
- Reviewing and auditing FOH operations across concepts on a regular basis, to identify ways we can improve guest experience and accountability
-Assist with bar program implementation
-Assist with opening new concepts, as needed
-Occasionally fill in for vacations and vacancies, as needed
