Responsibilities

Collaborates with system service line leadership to implement strategic goals related to physician and patient satisfaction set forth by the service line leadership.  Manages the implementation of growth strategies to develop, enhance and monitor relations between medical staff and referral sources, ensuring excellence in care.  Responsible for GI program implementation, design and maintenance of operational efficiencies, procedural quality data monitoring and data management. 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, business, healthcare administration or related field required
  • 5+ years' progressive experience in GI/Pulmonary Endoscopy setting
  • Superior oral and written communication skills: ability to create and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office, Cerner and Provation
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented team player who is analytical and solution focused.
  • Preferred:

  • Master's Degree in healthcare administration, business preferred
  • Experience analyzing and evaluating effectiveness of strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with data processing, spreadsheets, report development and analysis.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Work Hours (EX:7AM-7PM):8am-4:30pm Weekend Requirements:Yes- Rotating BasisOn-Call Requirements:YesEmployment Type: FULL_TIME
