Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the finance lead for assigned programs, providing insight on program budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Partner with Program Management and cross-functional teams to track program costs, investments, and profitability
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, variance analysis, and executive presentations for program performance
  • Develop and maintain long-range financial models to support program strategy, capital investment, and resource planning
  • Provide financial oversight of program change requests, customer quotations, and pricing decisions
  • Ensure program financials are aligned with company financial objectives and compliance requirements
  • Identify risks and opportunities within program financials and recommend corrective actions
  • Support the annual operating plan, forecast cycles, and long-term strategic planning for assigned programs
  • Collaborate with FP&A and corporate finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with consolidated financials
  • Mentor and guide junior finance staff as needed
