Job description

Title: Program Finance Analyst

Location: Hybrid Remote/Alexandria, VA

Clearance: Secret

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in project planning and control, budgeting, EAC/ETC development, financial reporting across Cost Plus, T&M, FFP contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS and internal policies
  • Set up procurement requests (PRs) in collaboration with the program and supply chain teams
  • Prepare and deliver executive level financial briefings and management reports as required
  • Work closely with program management staff to ensure accurate cost control, funding alignment, open commits, material tracking, and schedule adherence
  • Review invoices/bills to ensure accuracy and adequate funding

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, masters preferred, and ten (10) years of directly related experience working in a government contractor setting
  • Proficient knowledge of Cost Plus, FFP, T&M contracts
  • The ability to manage a portfolio of programs
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and applications such as: CostPoint, UNANET, COGNOS
  • An active Secret security clearance
