Job Description

This position serves as the Finance Manager for Eurofarma USA and is a key member of the local leadership team. The role partners closely with the CEO/General Manager and other functional leaders to support strategic decision-making, financial performance, compliance, and business growth.tegic priorities.

The position requires strong collaboration across multiple functions, including Commercial, Human Resources, Regulatory Affairs, and Corporate Finance. As such, the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment and influence across functions is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance & Business Partnership

  • Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to support business strategy and decision-making
  • Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and insights to guide key initiatives

Financial Planning & Performance

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
  • Drive performance monitoring and provide actionable insights

Cash Flow & Financial Discipline

  • Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management
  • Support capital allocation and financial discipline

Accounting, Compliance & Controls

  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies
  • Lead audits, tax filings, and maintain strong internal controls

Operations & Execution

  • Oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability
  • Drive continuous improvement across financial processes

Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external advisors

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred

Experience

  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong background in both strategic finance and operational execution
  • Experience with U.S. GAAP, audits, and tax environment
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred. Above all, account reconciliations/rebates for the US government's MEDICARE and MEDICAID programs.
