Pratt & Whitney Military Engines F100 Program Finance Team is seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager.
This is onsite opportunity based out of our East Hartford, Connecticut campus location.
What You Will Do:
Pratt & Whitney is seeking a highly motivated individual for Manager of the F100 Program Finance Team. Operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, the team partners with key program stakeholders to ensure we deliver on our financial/customer commitments and advance strategic initiatives that position the program for growth.
This position provides an excellent opportunity to learn and understand the F100 and Military Engines business. The position will support the F100 Production and Development aspects of the program, while holding responsibility for the P&L and balance sheet. Additionally, it will provide comprehensive financial leadership and strategic support to the team.
The successful candidate brings strong data analysis and program finance expertise; and demonstrates leadership, critical thinking, sound business judgment, and clear, effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Key responsibilities of this role are:
- Manage P&L and Balance Sheet for all F100 Production and Development (Monthly close & forecast, Annual Operating Plan, 5 Year Long Range Plan, support, etc.).
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance analysis.
- Manage and execute quarterly Estimate-At-Complete (EAC) processes.
- Develop and manage multiple complex financial models and business case development to support new engine campaign proposals.
- Deliver financial support and in-depth analysis for F100 proposals, ensuring effective management and oversight of B&P budgets as well as F100 discretionary expenses, including E&D and IR&D.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and 8+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting; OR an Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance .
- Extensive experience balancing multiple priorities and producing quality work within a given timeframe.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen - this position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship .
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in Program Finance support.
- Strong Microsoft Excel ability is required, while proficiency with SAP, Business warehouse (BW), Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), and OneStream.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to effectively summarize analyses and communicate at various levels.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
