Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives while serving as a trusted partner to the executive leadership team. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient coordination of executive priorities, managing complex schedules, facilitating communication, and supporting strategic initiatives that enable leadership to focus on driving business results.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and polished, with exceptional judgment, discretion, and attention to detail. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates executive needs, and possesses outstanding written communication skills to prepare executive messaging, presentations, company announcements, and other leadership communications. Success in this role requires balancing operational excellence with the ability to manage confidential information and support key organizational initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and members of the leadership team
  • Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling priorities
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, itineraries, and meeting logistics
  • Prepare executives for meetings by organizing agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and supporting documentation
  • Draft, edit, and distribute executive correspondence, presentations, company announcements, newsletters, talking points, and other executive communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level materials with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy
  • Serve as a primary liaison between executives, leadership team members, employees, and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, capture meeting notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling, communication, and operational challenges
  • Handle highly confidential business information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion
  • Partner cross-functionally to coordinate executive initiatives, company communications, and strategic projects
  • Maintain organized records, executive files, and business documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, executive workflows, and organizational efficiency
  • Support additional executive and business initiatives as assigned
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant role
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience using collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, work independently, and solve problems proactively
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
