Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs. Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and challenges.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through secure virtual platforms, ensuring an inclusive approach tailored to each client's unique context.
• Engage actively with clients to establish therapeutic goals that support their individualized journey, including regular progress evaluations and adjustments to treatment plans as required.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, depending on client preferences and clinical needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and facilitating seamless continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. This position emphasizes a person-centered approach, with an understanding that each individual has unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications

• Current and valid licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or PsyD.
• A minimum of a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and create an effective therapeutic relationship remotely.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion towards clients, fostering a safe space for dialogue about their mental health challenges.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities, allowing you to balance multiple clients, therapy sessions, and requisite documentation with ease.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in the mental health counseling field, with a strong track record of successful client outcomes.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology that supports remote therapy services.
• Experience in specific therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
