Focus Counseling Support Services, LLC is seeking dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role allows you to provide critical mental health support in a remote outpatient setting, focusing on creating meaningful therapeutic interventions that foster the growth and well-being of our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with primary care providers to identify, treat, and manage mental health and psychosocial issues as integral members of our health care team.
  • Conduct thorough patient intakes that encompass diagnostic evaluations and functional assessments; formulate and recommend tailored treatment plans to primary care providers.
  • Deliver focused therapeutic interventions to patients requiring mental health support, using evidence-based practices aligned with established guidelines.
  • Evaluate patient progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Assist in developing relapse prevention plans and crisis intervention strategies that empower patients to maintain stability and enhance coping mechanisms.
  • Monitor the delivery of health services concerning behavioral health care, linking patients to both internal and external resources with consent.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans to facilitate continuity of care and comply with regulatory standards.
  • Inform and collaborate with primary care providers on patients' evolving needs and treatment progress to ensure comprehensive care provision.
  • Advocate for behavioral changes in patients, providing education and strategies for healthier lifestyle choices.
  • Consult with clinic management on service delivery and contribute to program evaluation efforts aimed at improving patient outcomes.
  • Assist patients in adhering to medical treatments initiated by their primary care providers, including management of medication side effects.
  • Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals in all interactions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
