Position Overview

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our remote team. This full-time role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, allowing clinicians to create a schedule that fits their lifestyle and commitments. With a salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, this position provides competitive compensation for qualified candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional mental health care.

About the Organization

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is a community-focused health organization committed to enhancing the mental well-being of our clients. We pride ourselves on fostering an environment that encourages our mental health providers to focus solely on delivering high-quality counseling. We provide comprehensive support systems that allow our team to thrive, with tailored resources designed to help you succeed in your therapeutic practice.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, offering you the freedom to operate from the comfort of your home. To ensure a high standard of service, we require our clinicians to maintain a dedicated, private workspace that adheres to confidentiality guidelines. Our user-friendly Counselor portal simplifies scheduling, client management, and billing processes, allowing you to concentrate on patient care rather than administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions to stable, low-acuity adults, ensuring each client receives personalized attention and care.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions to inform treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement solution-focused treatment plans tailored to each clientโ€™s unique needs, utilizing evidence-based therapies.
  • Monitor clientsโ€™ progress meticulously throughout the treatment course, adapting approaches as required to optimize outcomes.
  • Empower clients by assisting them in building effective coping strategies and life skills aimed at meeting their personal goals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with low-acuity adults facing a range of mental health challenges. Our aim is to provide supportive and empathetic care that respects each individual's journey while fostering resilience and personal growth. Understanding the emotional landscape and unique backgrounds of our clients is crucial in developing rapport and effective treatment plans.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Current licensure recognized by the state board, with eligible licenses including LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
  • No limited or provisional licenses or individuals with past disciplinary actions will be considered for this role.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of direct experience in clinical social work or mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong ability to manage a diverse caseload.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, paired with a deep sense of empathy and understanding towards clients.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and software specific to mental health counseling, illustrating comfort and independence in remote work settings.
  • A record of making sound clinical evaluations and implementing effective treatment plans.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000.
  • An appealing sign-on bonus for eligible new hires.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans to support your health and well-being.
  • Flexible scheduling options that allow you to manage your workload according to your availability, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
  • Minimal paperwork as we handle all administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on providing quality care.
  • Access to unlimited referrals tailored to your specialties and client preferences, enabling you to build a fulfilling caseload.
Career Growth Opportunities

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we emphasize continuous professional development. You will have opportunities for advancement within the organization, including professional training programs and mentorship from experienced colleagues. As a member of our team, you will be encouraged to pursue specializations or advanced certifications that align with your career goals, ensuring you remain at the forefront of the mental health field.

Why Join Our Team

Joining Gotham Enterprises Ltd means becoming part of a compassionate community dedicated to making a difference in clients' lives. Our supportive infrastructure allows you to focus solely on clinical care, fostering an environment where your expertise and compassion can truly shine. With the flexibility to work remotely and the backing of a committed organization, you will find a balance between your professional aspirations and personal life.
