Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Experience leading large global business transformation program delivery with proven track record and a
deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives
• Ability to speak business language, guide business counterparts towards the right SAP solution and translate
business requirements into technical requirements
• Previous hands-on experience leading a specific functional stream in SAP programs
• Expert understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives.
• Ability to work with C-levels as well as be hands on as required
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships
• At least three (3) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations
(Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse)
• A minimum of ten (10) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience
• Ability to articulate the businesses enabled by SAP S/4HANA
• Develop detailed program plan, develop and monitor risk/issues, present status to internal and external
stakeholders
• Ability to lead steering committee meetings, lead team meetings, lead business meetings, and lead project
management team
• Expert understanding of program financials and processes
• Provide accurate estimates, timeline, and ability to self-direct and mentor/manage teams and client.
• Deep understanding of industry specific KPIs and benefits of S/4HANA functionality to enable the business
• Experience managing 20+ resources

• Responsible for the planning, execution and management of complex and large transformation engagements

• Oversee various transformational projects, implementing business improvements, or implementing ERP
systems for our clients
• Coordinate project timeline with teams to ensure checkpoints and goals are met to the clients satisfaction
• Collaboration with the project team members in the management of overall resources allocation and
capacity planning for the project
• Manage program level status, metrics, issues, and risks and oversee all completion and sign-off on program
deliverables
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team and client leadership assigned to the program
• Lead and collaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals
