Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as Program Director for our Adult Day Health Center. This leadership role oversees daily program operations and ensures the delivery of high-quality medical, social, and supportive services to adults participating in our program.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience working with adults in a healthcare setting, and the ability to manage staff while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Adult Day Health Program
