Key Responsibilities

As the Program Director - ICC, you will oversee clinical and operational aspects of BHN's Community Service Agency (CSA) programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality, Wraparound-based services to youth and families in the catchment area. You will work in partnership with the Family Support and Training Program Director and provide administrative and clinical leadership for the ICC team.

Administrative Oversight

  • Ensure day-to-day operations and compliance with licensing, regulatory, and funder standards

  • Serve as liaison to internal departments and external partners, including funders and payors

  • Oversee staff hiring, training, and evaluation in collaboration with division leadership

  • Lead recruitment and retention efforts and maintain team performance expectations

  • Manage quality improvement initiatives and fidelity measurement requirements

  • Organize and facilitate System of Care meetings and other collaborative efforts

  • Respond to complaints, on-call needs, and escalated issues

Clinical Oversight

  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision and consultation to direct care and supervisory staff

  • Ensure implementation of the program's clinical philosophy, standards, and policies

  • Guide team development and adherence to Wraparound model

  • Support service coordination across internal and external providers

  • Oversee staff development, training, and clinical documentation quality

  • Support internship/practicum placements and sign off on assessments as needed

Who You Are
  • You have a Master's degree in a mental health-related field

  • You hold independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.)

  • You are certified in the Massachusetts CANS or willing to become certified upon hire

  • You have at least 5 years of post-graduate experience working with youth and families

  • You bring 3+ years of supervisory and/or program management experience

  • You have experience in home-based or Wraparound services (preferred)

  • You are organized, collaborative, and skilled in managing staff and service systems

  • You bring strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

  • You are proficient with electronic documentation systems and email communication

  • You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
