MACRO II Program Growth & Performance Director

The Decision Advantage within Leidos is seeking a TS (SCI eligible) cleared Program Manager, with a strong Growth Mindset and the skills to drive program expansion and lead the execution of the U.S. Army Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) MACRO II Task Order Contract, an $870M C5ISR modernization effort. This role is responsible for driving Task Order Growth, ensuring disciplined execution, maintaining financial rigor, overseeing technical integration, and strategic planning across a large, complex multi-tenant contract.

Location: Northern Virginia or Florida.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead program growth by identifying, shaping, and securing high-value opportunities, leading business development activities; Focused on deal-closing.

Establish, develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and strategic customers.

Direct Program Management Office (PMO) operations to ensure efficient overall program execution, alignment with strategy, and effective customer engagement resulting in unparalleled customer understanding.

Manage and orchestrate all PMO operations across the program to ensure efficient processes are in place for execution to include financial (profit and loss), schedule, staffing, technical, subcontractor oversight, and reporting.

Drive risk and opportunity management, including identification, mitigation, and resolution.

Coordinate technical integration across multidisciplinary teams.

Develop program plans, capability roadmaps, and performance metrics.

Prepare and deliver program/project seniorlevel briefings and deliverables.

Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance strategy, opportunity identification, communications and pipeline execution.

Basic Qualifications

Active and current Top Secret, SCI eligible.

Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience (or 4 additional years in lieu of degree) with at least 5 years in a military or defense environment.

Demonstrated success identifying, shaping, and winning highvalue opportunities; experience leading business development activities.

Proven program management experience leading large DoD programs, managing programs >$100M, with successful delivery of financial, technical and schedule commitments.

Successful track record of leading and managing multiple program(s) of varying complexity, innovation/R&D, and services.

Understanding of Army and Joint Force C5ISR modernization objectives and business opportunities and opportunity space.

Ability to identify key growth areas and develop new business aligned with MACRO II objectives.

Ability to identify, establish and use important customer relationships with senior level officials and program stakeholders with DOW and Federal Government Customers.

Proven ability to collaborate within and across organizational boundaries.

Knowledge of Government contracting, current acquisition trends and customer buying behaviors.

Demonstrated leadership of cross functional teams.

Ability to gain internal consensus and influence change, operate independently, conceive new and innovative ideas and solutions, and determine courses of action, based on the situation.
