  • PD to serve as the primary interface to the Program Manager and COR.
  • The PD shall maintain supervisory control over all personnel assigned to perform work under this contract.
  • The PD must possess a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in managing human resources operation projects and a minimum of ten (10) years experience working in multiple HR functional areas, including but not limited to staffing, classification, human capital management, employee relations, and human resources systems.
  • Must be knowledgeable in HR laws, regulations, and policies and ensure they are effectively applied in all HR matters.
  • The PD must possess the ability to lead teams, manage expectations, and set priorities for multiple clients.
  • Develop project plans in collaboration with Program Managers and stakeholders to execute various HR projects, including scope, deliverables, required resources, and timelines.
  • Strong customer orientation, excellent conflict management skills, and problem-solving skills.
