Qualifications

What Makes You A Great Fit:

  • Committed to creating a respectful and collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Services or relatable field of study is preferred but not required.
  • At least 1-year full time, direct experience working with participants with developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities but not required
  • Monitor to make sure all Providers are meeting their COC
  • Ensure quality of services in alignment with person centered practices, licensing and Dungarvin expectations.
  • Demonstrate good decision-making, time management and communication skills, and be responsible and flexible.
  • Reliable Transportation

  • Valid vehicle insurance
