What you bring to Seneca

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of teaching experience at the post-secondary level is required.
  • Minimum completed PhD in Nursing, Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) or PhD in a related discipline is required. If education is in a related field, please state how it is relevant.
  • Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Demonstrate leadership and teamwork abilities, coupled with a dedication to fostering diversity, inclusion, integrity, and excellence. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are needed to engage with Seneca's diverse community, prioritizing equity in education.
