Coastal Windows & Exteriors is a National Award-Winning Home improvement company in
the US based in the New England Area. We are currently seeking an experienced
Marketing Manager in our Bedford, NH branch.

As part of our explosive growth, we are seeking a Marketing Manager who will oversee our
Field Marketing Team (Canvassing). This is a pivotal, hands-on role within our organization,
and will be responsible for meeting and exceeding established performance standards as it
relates to sales lead generation.

MUST HAVE PROVEN SUCCESS IN A SIMILAR ROLE, at least 3 years experience.

Primary Job Functions

Recruits, hires, trains, leads, and supports Field Marketing representatives.

Leads all team training, coaching, performance management and professional
development.

Ensure the culture of the program serves as the exemplar of our commitment to
excellence. Must have intrinsic enthusiasm for building other people and growing within the
organization. Growth through the success of others.

Coordinates program logistics, i.e. mapping tracking, compliance, scripting, lead validation
and staffing.

This is a demanding, fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.

Salary and Benefits – $52-60K+ unlimited commissions expected first year compensation.
