The Leadership Development Program Manager designs, facilitates, and orchestrates leadership programs that help leaders grow real skills while staying grounded in our mission of Care for Who I Am.
This role blends presence and planning. You will be in the room with leaders and behind the scenes making sure the experience is thoughtful, consistent, and scalable.
What you'll do
Facilitation & Leader Development
  • Facilitate live, virtual, and in-person leadership development experiences across Compassus

  • Support foundational leadership programs, service-line leadership tracks, and leadership summits

  • Create learning environments where leaders can practice honest conversations, accountability, and care

  • Coach leaders through real leadership challenges tied to their day-to-day work

Program Management & Orchestration
  • Own end-to-end leadership programs from design through delivery

  • Manage cohorts, timelines, materials, and logistics to ensure a seamless experience

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align leadership development with Compassus strategy and priorities

  • Track participation, feedback, and outcomes to continuously improve programs

Design & Continuous Improvement
  • Design leadership learning content that is practical, human, and easy to apply

  • Translate leadership concepts into simple tools and behaviors leaders can use immediately

  • Iterate based on leader feedback, business needs, and organizational change

Culture & Belonging
  • Model Compassus values in every interaction
