Selected candidates will be placed at one of the following site locations for their first assignment: Seattle, WA; Auburn, WA; Renton, WA; Everett, WA; Cambridge, MA; North Charleston, SC; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Plano, TX; San Antonio, TX; El Segundo, CA; Huntington Beach, CA; Long Beach, CA; Seal Beach, CA; Hazelwood, MO; Herndon, VA; Arlington, VA; Huntsville, AL; Kennedy Space Center, FL; Titusville, FL; Mesa, AZ; Oklahoma City, OK or Ridley Park, PA.

• Participate in a full-time company sponsored Leadership Development Program

• Gain a systems-perspective of Boeing as you rotate across the company to learn more about our services, products and value streams

• Lead teams of varying sizes in a variety of situations and environments

• Gain support and build relationships with the larger LGO/Tauber alumni network at the company

Position Responsibilities:

• Rotate positions every 12-18 months

• Develop and execute projects and process plans, implement policies/procedures, and set operational goals

• Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements

• Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

• Manage, develop and motivate the teams that you are leading

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Currently enrolled in, or a graduate of the Tauber Institute for Global Operations at the University of Michigan

• Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functionalproject/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership."

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience supporting business operations (or a similar position) for a global organization

• Experience collaborating across functions and organizational levels

• Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, collaborators, peers, partners and direct reports

• Experience in a role that required excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to constantly evolving priorities
