Position Summary We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex government programs within our CODEX division. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong history of delivering advanced technical solutions in federal environments, combined with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities. Required Qualifications Education & Experience * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
* Minimum5 years managing government programsin technical or IT environments Clearance * ActiveTS/SCI with CI Polygraph
* U.S. Citizenship Core Competencies * Proven expertise managing program budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
* Comprehensive knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contracting
* Exceptional communication abilities with demonstrated success engaging government customers and senior stakeholders
* Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, multi-priority environments
