Essential Responsibilities
Program Operations and Administration
Serve as the primary operational liaison for the Pediatric Low Vision and CVI Program.
Coordinate implementation of program initiatives, strategic priorities, and annual operating plans.
Manage clinic operations, including equipment, supplies, and clinical space utilization, including operations within the Kezava program space.
Coordinate onboarding, credentialing, badging, and orientation activities for staff, trainees, and community partners.
Facilitate communication among providers, staff, patients, families, referring professionals, researchers, and community organizations.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, educational events, advisory groups, and stakeholder activities.
Maintain program records, databases, operational documentation, and electronic systems.
Collaborate with clinical, business, research, billing, and coding teams to support efficient program operations.
Monitor program performance, including referral patterns, access metrics, clinic volumes, productivity, and patient experience measures.
Lead quality improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and patient outcomes.
Financial Management and Resource Development
Assist with development and monitoring of annual operating budgets.

Assist with grant reporting and program evaluation activities.

Community Engagement, Communications, and Partnerships
Coordinate development and maintenance of program websites, newsletters, educational materials, social media content, and other communication resources.
Support public awareness campaigns, community outreach initiatives, media activities, and patient communications.
Collaborate with institutional marketing and communications teams to promote program services, achievements, and impact.
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, healthcare providers, rehabilitation agencies, advocacy organizations, community partners, and donors.
Serve as the primary liaison with Clovernook Center for the Blind & Visually Impaired and other key community organizations supporting children with low vision and CVI.
Coordinate collaborative programming, service agreements, and strategic initiatives with community partners.
Manage partnership activities, including contracts, memoranda of understanding, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
Plan and facilitate regular administrative, operational, and clinical meetings with community partners and stakeholders.
Promote continuity of care across healthcare, educational, rehabilitation, and community settings.
Strategic Growth and Program Development
Identify, evaluate, and support implementation of opportunities for program growth, innovation, and service development.
Support leadership in long-term strategic planning, sustainability efforts, workforce development, and implementation of program priorities.
