Job description

Automated Health Systems has remote full-time call center positions available. Classes starting soon.

Work from home roles. All equipment provided. Pickup required in Tallahassee, FL.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting callers with questions about their unemployment claim.

Qualifications for the position include:

  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
  • Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or call center environment required.
  • Associate degree in related field preferred.
  • Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred.

Available shifts from 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday.

Training is paid 3 weeks Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5PM.
