Responsibilities
About the team Our Partner Product team is responsible for our Open API Platform and TikTok Shop's App Ecosystem for 1P and 3P partners. This team focuses on products that will empower partners to collaborate with the platform together, providing rich and diverse service capabilities to help merchants and creators to operate more effectively and efficiently. We are looking for a product manager who will be responsible for collection of users' requirements and partner product design to provide our target users/clients with effective product solutions. Responsibilities - Responsible for the function, architecture design, prototype design, and PRD writing of partner products, including but not limited to the planning and design of Open APIs, Open platforms, and seller integration tools. - Through data analysis, identify product issues and explore seller requirements, continuously iterate products, enhance the seller experience, and be responsible for the business outcomes of seller use of the products (such as seller onboarding success rate, catalogue assortment coverage rate, fulfillment success rate, etc.). - Ensure the complete product lifecycle management from design to development, launch, and subsequent iterations through collaboration with multiple departments.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an MBA degree. - Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026. - Familiar with the product functions and integration design of mainstream DTC platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, SFCC, etc.) and third-party seller tools (such as Rithum, Zendesk, Yotpo, etc.), having engaged in integration product design or seller tool product design for related platforms. - Possesses excellent product experience design capabilities, logical analysis skills, and data analysis skills, with a business perspective. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, able to flexibly adjust strategies in complex environments and advance the smooth progress of projects. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred. - Experience and understanding of APIs and 3P integrations.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $52.25- $52.25.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
