RF-SMART's Summer Internship Program is more than a resume builder. It's a 12-week, full-time, immersive experience designed to give you real work, real responsibility, and real access to leaders across the organization. From day one, you'll be embedded in a team contributing to projects that support our mission of making a difference and changing lives.

About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Product Strategy Intern to join our Product Strategy & Management team. The Product Strategy & Management Team is focused on delivering high-value product capabilities to our customers and the market. We do this through customer discovery, market research, data analysis, and strategic planning activities. In this role, you'll be joining our product team to conduct research and discovery, build tools and prototypes, and share your learnings that make our team more effective and our customers more satisfied. You'll collaborate across functions, take ownership of meaningful deliverables, and present your work to leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Build tools for internal efficiency
  • Build prototypes for specific targeted project
  • Data analysis using current tools to create dashboards for decision making
  • Optimize internal AI Tools
  • Automate Aha Idea intake

What You Bring:

  • Foundation in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship
  • Considered a Junior or Senior by credit hours
  • Available to work 40 hours per week in-office
  • Eligible to work in the United States for any employer without future sponsorship
  • Experience with databases, APIs, Python, and/or Node is a plus
  • Experience leveraging AI to solve problems is a plus
