We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Product Delivery Management Intern who will assist the Product Delivery team with a wide range of tasks to accelerate productivity and support hardware product lifecycle management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to maintain progress with little supervision. The successful candidate will have strong time management and communication skills, with a keen interest in learning how product delivery timelines and change control processes directly impact the end-customer experience. If you are a detail-oriented student looking for hands-on experience in a fast-paced technology environment, we would love to hear from you!

What you'll do:

The Product Delivery Management Intern will support Product Delivery Managers with day-to-day product delivery and change control tasks. In this role, you will assist in driving product initiatives through the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and help coordinate deliverables across various internal teams. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate documentation, supporting engineering change processes, and participating in configuration verification activities to ensure our hardware products meet the highest standards.

The opportunity:
  • 12 month work-term beginning September 2026.
  • Full-time, paid internship: Monday - Friday, 37.5hrs/week.

  • Learn more about the Geotab Campus Program here.
How you'll make an impact:
  • Assist Product Delivery Managers in driving initiatives through the NPI process, learning to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and milestone documentation.
  • Support change control activities, including the evaluation and implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECO), Requests (ECR), and Notices (ECN) under guidance.
  • Participate in configuration verification and validation activities to ensure products conform to established baselines and requirements.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales to fulfill assigned tasks and support broader product delivery goals.
  • Articulate ideas clearly in written and verbal formats, maintaining detailed meeting minutes and ensuring diligent follow-up on action items.
  • Apply critical thinking to analyze data related to product configurations and timelines, helping to identify potential delivery risks.
What you'll bring to the role:
  • Currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Basic familiarity with hardware product concepts, change control, and configuration management.

  • Knowledge of G Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides) is preferred.

  • Prior experience in project management, change control, or configuration management is considered a strong asset.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual progress.

  • A fundamental grasp of information interpretation and a desire to develop decision-making skills in a technical environment.

If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this role! Even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
