RN Infection Control Nurse/Staff Development Coordinator| St. Joseph's Living Center $4,000 Sign-On Bonus Full-Time | 40hrs per week Monday – Friday | 8:00AM – 4:00PM | On-Call every 4th weekendAt St. Joseph's Living Center, we not only provide compassionate and comprehensive care, but we are a leader in the industry when it comes to the value we place on resident care and employee appreciation! Delivering Solutions that Matter:Lead the facility's infection prevention and control program through surveillance, audits, data analysis, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with infection control regulations by monitoring practices, investigating outbreaks, and implementing corrective actions. Develop and deliver staff education, orientation, and ongoing clinical training to support regulatory compliance and quality care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify training needs, promote best practices, and improve resident outcomes.
