The Opportunity
The Associate Program Director, Digital Solutions leads the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of digital health initiatives, with a strong focus on artificial intelligence (AI) integration and electronic health record (EHR) interoperability. This role bridges clinical, technical, and business teams to implement innovative digital solutions that enhance patient care, engagement, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders internally, as well as external partners, to build our next generation digital offerings.
What You'll Work On
Program Portfolio Leadership:
  • Oversee the lifecycle of digital health programs from concept through deployment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define digital health roadmap, with emphasis on the use of Artificial Intelligence in healthcare
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, leadership and external partners.

Core Team Lead:
  • Program leadership for AI and / or Data Interoperability initiatives focused on optimizing the delivery of care for cardiovascular, metabolic, and neuropathic diseases within clinical workflows
  • Lead cross-disciplinary teams including engineering, clinical, product, and external vendors.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure programs meet regulatory, privacy, and security standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, privacy).
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on program status, KPIs, and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., engineering, data science, software)
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder digital health projects
  • Experience with Medical Device, AI technologies in healthcare and / or EHR systems
  • 12+ years of program management or equivalent working experience
  • Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
  • Results oriented with focused urgency, prioritization skills and ability to recognize/escalate issues appropriately.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends
  • Creative problem solver, agile mindset
  • Proven ability to manage to plan and resolve issues. Effectively clarify issues and actions
  • Excellent reputation for building relationships across various levels of an organization
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP or similar certification
  • MBA or other related advanced degree
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence used in clinical setting
  • Experience with interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR)
  • Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
  • Experience working in an FDA-regulated business (e.g. validated software related to medical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences products)
  • Experience in digital health technology, preferably in the health or medical space
