What You Will Be Doing: In this role, you will lead the Senior and Disabilities Services (SDS) Grants Unit, overseeing grant programs that deliver essential community-based supports to individuals and families statewide. You will work with funding from the Older Americans Act, the Mental Health Trust Authority, general funds, interagency agreements, and other federal sources, ensuring these resources are used effectively and in compliance with state and federal requirements. Your work will include guiding program operations and building strong, collaborative relationships with grantees and partner agencies at both the state and federal levels.

Special Note: Agencies employing Health Program Managers are responsible for administering a wide range of medical, behavioral, and social health insurance programs for children and adults.

Travel may be required.
