What You'll Do:
• Supports the implementation of postsecondary program(s) across schools in partnership with the team; provides support to staff at designated sites in relationship to program practices.
• Supports program implementation leads, school leadership and/or Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) across designated sites through attendance at related events, co-planning and/or co-facilitation of professional learning, data collection, analysis, and other tasks; leads and cultivates a deeper understanding of and investment in program practices in rigorous course equity for every student
• Assists in the development of District-wide rigorous course systems and procedures; works with school leaders and contracted partners to effectively create and communicate school level goals, program outcomes and other current strategies
• Partners and collaborates with other teams and outside consultants to execute program guidelines; serves as a liaison between the team and designated program sites and partners
• Collects and analyzes qualitative and quantitative data on resources and professional learning to continuously improve college readiness strategy
• Manages internal and external communication regarding concurrent enrollment and post-secondary assessments to ensure consistency in messaging
• Plans, implements and evaluates strategies to continuously assess and monitor rigorous course equity opportunities, and provides recommendations for and implements improvement of systems and structures
• Represents team on regional and statewide initiatives as appropriate
