Job description

QPharma is currently seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee our Field Storage Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining vendor relationships, commercial storage contracts, payment management, and ongoing administrative support to ensure uninterrupted and compliant services for client field teams.  This is ideally a hybrid role with only a few days in the office per month, however, we would consider someone who needs to be completely remote if they are an excellent fit.

Our ideal candidate needs to have strong organizational and project coordination skills. He/she must possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy, experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously and have strong written and verbal communication skills. English speaking is a must. Our Program Coordinator will be working with both internal employees as well as clients, so professionalism is very important as well.
