We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking individual to fill the essential position of a Program Coordinator for our team. At Childrenโ€™s Choice, we believe that social services is a ministry and a calling. Social Services can be a challenging field; however, we stand behind our principles to help our employees succeed as well as the children and families they come along side. We are currently hiring for our Chester (Upland), Delaware County, Pennsylvania location. QUALIFICATIONS:

- Masters of Social Work or a Masters degree in a directly related degree.

- Prior experience in Foster Care and child services.

- Prior Permanency, specifically SWAN services, experience required

- At least 2 consecutive years of supervisory experience.

-Ability to obtain appropriate child abuse and criminal clearances.

-Valid driverโ€™s license and own a properly registered and insured vehicle.

-Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills.

-Computer literate.

-Able to take financial responsibility to obtain clearances needed before orientation.

-Willing to make a minimum of a 2 year commitment to growing with our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Childrenโ€™s Choice is seeking a Program Coordinator who can facilitate adoption work and permanent legal custody with foster parents and their foster children. This position would also include supervision a staff of about 10 Caseworkers, manage the office and over-see resource parent re-evaluations. This position also oversees and manages child files.
