Compensation Range: $70,000 - $80,500 yearly commensurate with experience
Benefits:
We have three comprehensive healthcare plans to choose from based on your priorities and budget. Housing Works covers most of the plan; you pay a portion, based on your salary. Staff begins accruing PTO immediately for a total of up to 30 days earned in the first year. We offer employees an educational benefit. This money is available for tuition loan reimbursement, tuition costs, and text books.
Overview:
The Program Coordinator (PC) provides programmatic and clinical leadership for the Jefferson supportive congregate housing program. The PC is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising case management staff, maintaining high-quality resident-centered services, and supporting housing stability outcomes. The role balances clinical oversight, staff supervision, quality assurance, and operational coordination in alignment with Housing Works' mission, values, and applicable funder requirements.
Responsibilities:
Primary:
  • Provide leadership and oversight of all programmatic and clinical operations to ensure compliance with applicable funder regulations, agency policies, and best practices in supportive housing.

Secondary:
  • Provide documented supervision and professional development to Housing Case Managers and related program staff.

Requirements:
  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent degree preferred
  • Background working with people who have experienced homelessness strongly preferred.
