Main Responsibilities: 
  • Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and prices.
  • Monitor the status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials, including timely resolution, communication, and mitigation of potential issues.
  • Expedite and defer orders as required based on schedule/inventory changes
  • Manage and resolve issues regarding PO to invoice discrepancies, returns and quality issues with suppliers and internal departments for categories managed
  • Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipment in order with suppliers.
  • Prepares  and submit RPR's for projects
  • Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation.
  • May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by your leader.
What are we looking for?
 
  • High school/GED
