JOb Title- HR Coordinator - Learning & Capability Development
Location: St. Louis, MO
Duration: 12+ Month Contract

Position Summary
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support the coordination and execution of employee learning and development programs. This role will manage program logistics, scheduling, enrollment, vendors, invoices, learning systems, reporting, and administrative activities.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate training programs, classes, schedules, enrollment, and logistics.
  • Manage vendors, invoices, budgets, and standard contract documentation.
  • Support LMS and registration platforms, including rosters, evaluations, and reporting.
  • Track attendance, program data, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate meetings, materials, rooms, food, and virtual sessions.
  • Provide customer support to internal teams and external vendors.
  • Manage multiple programs and priorities while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, program coordination, learning operations, or related areas.
  • Experience with vendors, invoices, budgets, or contracts.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or Forms is a plus.
