Job description

Coho Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to provide comprehensive program management and contract administration support for Government Information Technology programs at Hurlburt Field, FL. This position serves as a senior advisor responsible for overseeing contract performance, monitoring deliverables, coordinating acquisition documentation, supporting quality assurance initiatives, and ensuring successful execution of Government program objectives.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Coordinate and oversee Government contract administration activities.
  • Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and program milestones.
  • Assist with acquisition planning and development of SOWs, SOOs, PWSs, CDRLs, and security documentation.
  • Track contractor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Quality Assurance metrics.
  • Develop performance reports, dashboards, and executive scorecards.
  • Coordinate with Government Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and contractor personnel.
  • Maintain program documentation libraries and contract repositories.
  • Review contract deliverables for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Support program planning and administrative activities.
  • Identify program risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop process improvements supporting contract execution.
  • Provide monthly assessments of contract performance and program status.

Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Security Clearance
    • Active Top-Secret Clearance required
  • Education and Certification:
    • Bachelor's degree or relevant government experience may be substituted for formal education
    • Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government contracts
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
    • Experience developing executive reports and performance metrics
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
