The Step Into Success Program Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, engaging, and supporting transition age youth as they pursue career development and internship opportunities.ย 

REQUIREMENTS

Essential Job Functions
ย  ย Managing participant caseloads, conducting assessments, coordinating orientations and trainings, and ensuring consistent engagement throughout the program.ย 
ย  ย Developing and maintains internship host sites, builds relationships with employers and community partners, and oversees mentor recruitment and support.ย 
ย  ย Planning and deliver workforce development trainings, organize participant meetings and events, and ensure programming is youth-centered and trauma informed.ย 
ย  ย Representation in the community, promotes outreach efforts, and fosters partnerships that enhance participant opportunities.ย 
ย  ย Administrative responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with program requirements, tracking performance outcomes, and supporting statewide initiatives and special projects.ย 
ย  ย Strong communication, relationship building, program coordination, and data management skills to help youth successfully navigate their career pathways

Educational Requirements:ย 
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

ย  ย Experience working with former foster youth and young adults
