Job description

Overview
Key Rehab is looking for a Full time Program Coordinator-OTA/PTA to join our team in providing excellent care in the Mt. Pleasant, IA area in a SNF setting.
Education:
-Required: Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program
Experience:
-Preferred: Prior experience in long term care setting and service coordination
Licenses/Certificates:
-Required: Current PTA or OTA license to practice in the state(s) assigned
-Required: CPR, as required by community
-Required: Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law.
-Required: Other items as required by federal, state and local standards
Responsibilities
In addition to providing therapy under their disciplinary scope of practice (OTA or PTA), the Program Coordinator serves as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff. This position is instrumental in minimizing administrative burden and providing support to allow clinicians' to deliver therapy services. This position also coordinates staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators and expectations under the direction of a Regional Supervisor.
