Summary of Job Duties:
The Program Coordinator supports the administrative and operational activities of the Department of Radiation Oncology within the College of Medicine. This role coordinates a wide range of faculty-related processes, including onboarding activities (excluding hiring), faculty relocation, medical licensure, credentialing, office setup, and preparation for patient care and billing.
The position is responsible for maintaining accurate faculty data in institutional systems (e.g., FacFacts and other databases), supporting annual faculty evaluations through data collection and reporting, and developing and managing departmental call schedules.
In addition, the Program Coordinator serves as the primary office contact, addressing day-to-day operational needs such as facilities coordination, maintenance requests, and supply management. This role ensures efficient workflow, effective communication, and smooth coordination across departmental functions.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED PLUS four (4) years of administrative or program coordination experience OR Bachelor's degree.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
