Job description

Administrative Coordinator, General Surgery

As the Administrative Coordinator, you will assist in the planning, organizing and provision of practice management services to a specific medical office. You will provide supervision for clinical and non-clinical staff; oversee operation of the specific location and any satellite locations associated with the specific office. You will act as a liaison for the practice staff with operational oversight to the practice management department.

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent, required.
  • Associate Degree in appropriate related discipline, preferred.
  • 5 years physician office experience, preferred.
  • Knowledge of physician office procedures, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, preferred.
